How do I delete my account?

Open Tap Rivals → tap your profile icon → Settings → scroll to Account → tap Delete Account → type DELETE → confirm.

This permanently removes your profile, stats, and badges and cannot be undone. You can also submit a request at taprivals.app/data-deletion.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a reset link.

If you signed in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, use that provider to sign in — no separate Tap Rivals password is set for social accounts.

How do I turn off notifications?

Go to Settings → Notifications and toggle off Push Notifications. You can also go to your device's Settings → Tap Rivals → Notifications to disable them system-wide.

Can I transfer my account to a new phone?

Yes. Sign in on your new device using the same Google, Apple, or Facebook account (or the same email address). Your profile and progress will sync automatically.

How do I report another player?

Email [email protected] with the player's username and a description of the issue. We take reports seriously and will investigate.

What does my timing score mean?

Your average timing error is measured in milliseconds — how far off from perfect your taps were on average. Lower is better. Sub-50ms is excellent; sub-20ms is elite. Keep practicing!
